What is the difference between the business databases ABI Inform, Business Source Premier and Lexis Nexis?

These are the recommended databases on the business subject guide. I'm a business major and I'm wondering why I should use one over another. Thanks.

If you are looking for information on management theory, corporate strategies, trade, business conditions, trends and competitive markets go to ABI Inform (ProQuest).  This database includes other databases such as ABI/Inform  Dateline, ABI/Inform Global and ABI/Inform Trade and Industry.  Access dissertations, market reports, conference proceedings as well as full text scholarly and trade journals and magazines from 1923 through present.  Acquire daily news from the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, McClatchy Tribune Business News and more as well as well scholarly and global Information on hundreds of industries and various business disciplines.   There are full-text sources on every area of business including real estate, risk management, operations, marketing and finance. 

Business Source Premier includes over 2,000 journals dating back to 1965 and searchable citations back to 1998.  Its full-text non-journal content includes the SWOT company analyses (strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats), market research, industry reports, country reports and country profiles.  Regional Business News, a supplemental database to Business Source Premier, provides you with daily updates from Canadian and U.S. business publications including key publications such as the Harvard Business Review, Entrepreneur and Bloomberg's Business Week.  In the advanced search feature, limit to case studies, speeches, product reviews and more.  Search by Dun’s number or by Ticker symbol.

Lexis Nexis features the Company Dossier to compare financial profiles of U.S. and international companies. These profiles which include financial data from the Securities Exchange Commission filings and reports are put together from information provided by Hoover's, Investext, Standard & Poor's, Dun & Bradstreet, Datamonitor, SEC/EDGAR, Disclosure, Worldscope and Mergerstat.  This database will allso track the companies' competitor, brand and product listings.  Lexis Nexis will also provide intellectual property information as well as U.S. court cases and decisions on company litigation.  It will also cover the latest news, industry and trade information worldwide through its newspapers, magazines and journals. The news wire services are updated more than several times a day from Associated Press, Business Wire and PR News Wire.  These updates are more frequent than ABI Inform or any other business database.
