Answer

To get back to the database record of the article that has been exported into RefWorks, you will need to select "Full View" from the Change View dropdown menu that appears on the rights side of the References tab in RefWorks. Select Full View from the dropdown menu.  Scroll down to the bottom of the full view of the record until you get to Links. Click on the URL highlighted in orange, to the right of Links to get back to the original database record.

If the original database record provides access to the full text of the article, you can click on the full text link at this time.  If the database does not provide full text, you can click on the green button labeled Search for Full Text (available in both RefWorks and the original database record of the article) to see what databases (if any) provide the full text of the article.  If none of the databases available provide the full text, you can request the full text of the article through interlibrary loan.
