Answer

Use the DOI to retrieve an electronic item by pasting it into the following site:

http://dx.doi.org/

A good explanation about DOIs is at the Mahoney Library Guide to APA Style, updated 07/2008    http://www.cse.edu/dotAsset/121546.pdf

It is quite possible that you will be brought to the site of publisher of the article and be asked for payment to access it. Instead of proceeding there, go to Mahoney Library’s link for Online & Print Journals at http://rz9gv4tk9a.search.serialssolutions.com/. (The link is also accessible via our library’s home page. This link will help you find out if there is easy access to the journal in which the article appears. Remember, enter the title of the journal, not the article title.
